Presented by the Lowell Center for the Arts, the Rising Voices Award was established to further the organization's mission to preserve Lowell's past, enhance Lowell's present, and build Lowell's future through arts, culture, and community engagement. As we work to establish the Lowell Center for the Arts for future generations, we recognize that investing in the next generation of artists, creators, and community leaders is just as important as preserving the places that inspire them.

Each year, the community has the opportunity to nominate a young artist (under the age of 21) who embodies the values and mission of the Lowell Center for the Arts. The award recognizes an individual who demonstrates creativity, leadership, compassion, and a commitment to enriching their community through the arts. One whose voice is already making an impact today and whose future promises to inspire generations to come.
